Enquiry details
The form asks for your name, email and message, with an optional organisation. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive or confidential material in an initial message.
When the form offers an email draft, preparing it keeps the information in the current page. Opening the draft transfers the details to your chosen email app, which handles sending when you decide to send. If direct submission is available, the form sends your details to our server and uses Resend to deliver the enquiry to info@tech2change.com.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry details to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps you ask for before entering a contract. For other enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact our business. Technical request information supports our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website.
Website operation
The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1). Hosting processes technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. The site’s interactive examples do not store your choices persistently.
How long we keep information
Preparing a draft does not save enquiry details in this website. We retain enquiry emails for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them unless the information is needed for a contract or a legal obligation. Those records follow the applicable retention period. You can contact us to request deletion when the information is no longer needed.
Cookies and your choices
We use one essential cookie, t2c_cookie_choice, to remember the choice you make in our cookie notice. It is set only after you select “Essential only” or “Accept cookies”, and expires after 180 days. The cookie is limited to this website and contains your choice, the notice version and the date you saved it. It does not contain a visitor identifier or track your browsing. We do not use local storage to save your choice.
Essential cookies do not require consent. This website currently has no optional analytics or advertising cookies, so both buttons allow the same essential cookie. Using the website or closing Cookie settings does not count as accepting cookies. All pages and interactive examples remain available whichever choice you make.
